बेदना र हृदय 

आज किन किन
किन मुटु दुखे दुखे जस्तो लाग्यो |
बेदनाका गाँठाहरु फुके फुके जस्तो लाग्यो । 

के भूल भयो, सर्वस्व सुम्पेकै त थ्ये
 तिम्लाई बुझ्न थोरै मात्र चुके चुके जस्तो लाग्यो । 

धेरै गरे जस्तो लाग्थ्यो कुराहरु त साटासाट
अझ पनि भित्र केही लुके लुके जस्तो लाग्यो ।

 हरियाली यो संसारमा कुन बैरी ले आँखा लायो
प्रित छर्ने मुहान आज सुके सुके जस्तो लाग्यो ।।।
